Step 1 : The first step is to browse products and then Add items to your shopping cart where your products will be saved as you continue shopping
-Select the item
-Click on “Add to Cart” button

Step 2 : Proceed to Payment
-Click on Checkout button after adding ALL items that you want to buy.
-You can also apply any coupon if you have at this step by clicking “Apply Discount Code”
-You can also continue shopping by Clicking “Continue Shopping” button if you still wish to add more products

Step 3 : Email & Shipping Details
-You will be asked to login with your email-id if you already have registered with www.fascinar.inbefore.
-If you are buying for the first time, you can continue as guest and you will be automatically registered and password will be emailed to you.
-Enter your billing address/shipping address which is the address of the customer who is paying.
-Usually the billing and shipping address are same. If you want to have a different shipping address, click “Ship to Different Address” and enter shipping address there
-Click the Continue button to proceed to Payment

Step 4 : Make Payment
Please select COD.
Click “Place Order” and you will be directed to one of the payment gateways. If the payment is COD, your order will be complete after you click “Place Order”
You will also receive an order confirmation email from www.fascinar.in
In India, the delivery take 4 to 7 days in India.

You can check your Store Credits by logging in to your account and going to ‘My Profile’ section. After clicking on ‘My Profile’, go to ‘My Credits’ tab and see the Store Credits available in your account.

Once you have logged in using your username and password, click on ‘My Profile’; your account details will appear on the page. Click on ‘Edit Profile’ to update your account information and then ‘Submit’. Your account information will be updated.

Resetting your password is an easy 3-way process.
Just log into your account, and then:
-Go to ‘My Profile’
-Click on ‘Change Password’-
-Enter all your necessary details (old & new password) and then click on ‘Apply’. Your password is changed.

Fascinar offers free shipping on INR 999 orders (i.e. on all credit card orders). On Cash on Delivery orders we charge a shipping fee of INR 50 for order values up to INR 999. In case of part shipment, pertaining to any order, the delivery charge for COD orders, shall be payable at the time of the delivery of the first product in relation to the relevant order.

All of the products undergo a stringent quality check in the presence of video surveillance before they are packed and dispatched. We request all our customers not to accept the package if it is damaged from outside. In the rare case that you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the guidelines in our returns policy for returning the product back.

We ship all the products via very reliable and trusted logistics companies. However, if your product is lost in transit, we will immediately ship another product or issue a refund. In case, the products were shipped via the recipient’s / customer’s shipper, the responsibility and liability of the parcel lies with the customer and no refund or reshipping can be done in this case.

You may cancel the order before the shipment has been dispatched. We will not be able to cancel orders which have already shipped. In this case, you will need to request a return or choose not to accept the parcel.

Once we received your order, we conform receipt of the order and begins processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order, In this email you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg.00dm12035026), a listing of the item (s) you have ordered. You will also be notified when the product(s) are shipped to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number.

Refund of handling charges varies as per the following-
-If you cancel order before shipment, we will refund the handling charges.
-If you order is subsequently cancelled by Fascinar, we will refund you handling charges.
